At Pi Kappa Alpha's Lambda Rho Chapter, recruitment is centered on building genuine relationships and finding men who share our values of leadership, integrity, academic achievement, service, and brotherhood. We believe joining a fraternity is about more than four years in college, it's about becoming part of a lifelong network of brothers who will support and challenge one another to grow personally, professionally, and academically.Our recruitment process gives prospective members the opportunity to meet our brothers through a variety of events, conversations, and chapter activities so they can experience our culture firsthand.
